Here are a selection of 'frequently asked questions' guests have when they visit us. Hope you find the answer you are looking for!

Where can I park my car?

There is free on street parking near the Guesthouse in calle Hector Calvo. It is a closed road and generally quiet. If you prefer, there is overnight parking at the Bellavista underground car park approximately 10 minutes' walk away.

Is breakfast included in the price?

We offer a regional breakfast prepared by our in-house chef which is included in the price if you pay the 'con desayuno' rate. You can opt for the breakfast option at any time giving us a little notice and paying a small extra fee. Breakfast is usually served on the top floor inside or outside on the terrace if the weather is good. You can ask for breakfast in your room if you prefer. We do ask guests to let us know the night before what time they would like to have breakfast the following morning - anytime between 7am and 12 noon.

What is the check in / check out time?

Check in times are flexible, but are generally from 2pm. It is possible to check in earlier by arrangement. Check out is at 12 noon. However, it is possible to leave luggage in a secure area and come back later so that you can enjoy your day.

Does my room have a private bathroom?

All rooms at the Guesthouse have a private bathroom with a shower and excellent water pressure!

Is there heating in the room?

In winter we offer portable heaters to guests on arrangement. Please ask!

Can you provide lunch or dinner?

We are a Gourmet Guesthouse with an in-house chef. We can provide lunch or dinner on request in the family dining room or organise packed lunches to take out on tour.

Is there a discount for single people?

Room rates are based on 2 people sharing. Please ask for our single person discount.

Are you child friendly?

We have two young children and do everything we can to make children feel welcome at the Guesthouse. A babysitting service, cots and high chairs can be arranged with prior notice. We also offer access to a fridge / freezer, kettle and hair dryer to all guests.

Where can I wash my clothes?

We can organise this for you through our laundry service at a small extra fee. Alternatively there is a local laundry steps away from the house. Please ask for details.
