Come and learn how to make pisco sour with a trained Chilean chef. Arrive at our equipped workshop situated in a historical mansion house (dated 1907) of typical Valparaíso architecture in the heart of Cerro Bellavista. Prepare and enjoy a pisco sour with a tabla of Charcuterie 'Porteña' with excellent views of the bay and city from the roof-top terrace!

Taller de Ceviche

Option 1: Ceviche Full


Come to Valpo and learn how to make ceviche with a trained Chilean chef. Enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the morning markets and interact with the local fishermen and market traders. Arrive at our equipped workshop situated in a historical mansion house (dated 1907) of typical Valparaíso architecture in the heart of Cerro Bellavista. Prepare and enjoy ceviche with excellent views of the bay and city from the roof-top terrace!


Minimum 2 people. Available Tuesday-Sunday. Duration approx. 4.5 hours.
(Please note: Visits to the fish market are not possible on Mondays)

Option 2: Ceviche Mini

If you don't have time for the market visit in the morning, you can still enjoy the ceviche experience. With pick up and drop off at your hotel, come and learn how to make ceviche in our equipped workshop and then enjoy it with a glass of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc overlooking the bay!
